Allpax was founded on the principle of providing our customers with the most robust and regulatory compliant hardware and software platforms for automated retort room equipment control. Before we even began producing our best-in-class retort room equipment, we were retrofitting other brands of retorts and supporting equipment with this controls platform philosophy. Allpax has been manufacturing complete retort room equipment and Automated Batch Retort Systems (ABRS) for decades now and we continue to provide world-class controls with use of premium hardware and field components as well as innovative and advanced software design.
Allpax designs and manufactures its own control panels using well known and readily available hardware brands to provide our customers with the ability to repair or replace components with industry leading off-the-shelf items such as Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley™ PLC’s and distributed & remote I/O, PowerFlex™ VFD’s, Kinetix™ servo drive systems, and commonly used industrial HMI’s and PC’s. Allpax has selected these, as well as other premium Control/MCC Panel and Field Components, based on decades of experience, and input & feedback from our customers.
Putting all of this hardware into action is Allpax’s broad range of software offerings. Our software suites are designed with USDA/FDA record keeping compliance, productivity and maintenance in mind. AllView™ HMI software, our operator interface, is intuitive for ease of use for operators of all skill levels. Our Monitor™ software provides production management and process control personnel the ability to program retort processes and generate process reports for 21CFR Part 11 compliance. Maintainer software allows plant maintenance/engineering the ability to keep the retort and material handling systems in top operating condition while minimizing equipment downtime. Allpax also offers additional software, hardware and services to further enhance product safety protocols such as manual and automated basket/product tracking, and critical process equipment validation software and services.
