David is now responsible for determining the technical details of each customer’s equipment, system, or parts and/or service needs and ensuring the customer’s expectations are met. In his new role David will communicate the vision and technical details of the customer’s requirements to each key department within Allpax, including the Sales team, Project Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Controls/Software Engineering, and Production, and will stay in contact with the customer throughout the duration of a sales opportunity or a sold project to ensure expectations are fully realized.
ProMach’s Global Sterilization business units, comprised of Allpax, Stock and Ferlo, have become the leading suppliers of batch retort room equipment and automated batch retort systems in the world. David joined the company’s software engineering department in 2004 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana. He earned an MBA from Southeastern in 2010. He has been associated with every major software development at Allpax in the past 20 years and has spent countless hours at customer sites during installation, startup, and ongoing customization.
