Trey Traw Promoted to Service Manager at Allpax

COVINGTON, La.,October 13, 2021 — Allpax, a product brand of ProMach, has promoted Trey Traw from the assistant manager’s position he has held for two years to Service Manager.
Traw, who has extensive experience in building customer loyalty, now supervises a team of mechanics and electricians responsible for new equipment installations, audits of installed customer equipment, and in-field and remote access service on Allpax manufactured retorts and automated batch retort systems. The service team also supports the production department at Allpax by assisting with manufacturing, assembling, and testing new equipment. This translates into more efficient installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting because the same technicians who build Allpax equipment also provide support once equipment is installed.
Traw and other department heads and team members are working on a reformulation of the Allpax approach to aftermarket services, which is evolving from an al a cart and reactive approach to a bundled and planned services strategy aimed at shaving customers’ service costs while improving overall equipment throughput and uptime.
