Allpax substrate sterilizers are specialized autoclaves designed for sterilizing growth media in fungi production. These sterilizers utilize a saturated steam process and feature an overpressure cooling step to prevent container rupture. Available in various sizes, our sterilizers are constructed from stainless steel and can be equipped with manual or automatic doors, as well as custom racks to optimize space.
